Today we found the farmer’s market, which is conveniently located right on the other side of our apartment complex. They sell fresh fish, meat, veggies, and fruits, and vendors are along side of them selling anything from jewelry, to clothes, to shoes, to underwear. It’s definitely a hidden secret that none of the other students have experienced yet, since we live the furthest north by a few blocks. I got fresh blueberries and a new watch, so I don’t have to keep my phone on when I don’t need it. I bargained it down in italian (or what I like to think was Italian) to 9 euro from 10, so that was pretty cool. Living in the residential area definitely has its perks and hidden gems.
